What ails you: Eating heart healthy
Order a box at the same time your meal is served, immediately divide your meal in half and box one half to take home for tomorrow. An acceptable serving of meat is three to four ounces which is a piece approximately the size of a deck of cards. A 1/2 cup serving of a side dish is about the size of your computer mouse; a one cup serving is the size of a tennis ball. A baked potato should be cut down from the monster spuds some restaurants serve to something about the size of a light bulb. When you eat, slow down. Set your fork down between bites. Remember that a meal out should be a social occasion. If it was simply a matter of foraging nutrients, you would be better served in the grocery store and then your kitchen. Enjoy a real conversation with your spouse or happy chatter with friends rather than focusing on the meal itself.
FC Colerne bid to upset leaders
Rangers are four points clear of their nearest challengers, Box Rovers, and they will be confident that after Sunday's round of fixtures they will still have a healthy advantage over the other 12 top flight sides. Rangers visit FC Colerne and the first meeting of the sides should go the way of the visitors, but the famous Colerne slope, which has led to the downfall of many sides in the past, might just help Ian Spirrell's side spring a surprise. Rangers will be very confident ahead of the game but they will respect their hosts, who have won their last two matches but who have not played for two weeks so could be a little rusty. The plus side for Colerne is that their injured players will have had more time to recover from their knocks. Colerne could still be reeling from the loss of Sam Puckett to Box Rovers, but they will raise their game for the arrival of a Rangers side who are on a high at the moment and will view the game as one where they ought to claim maximum points.

If there are a lot of kids I hear more talking before, during, and after the movie. So to address your question...I don't know if there is a right or wrong to when to talk at the movies. I guess if you're not annoying a lot of people around you and it is only one person(who maybe had a bad day or something) then quieting down when the movie starts seems okay with me. Karen (in Phillips,WI) J.T.Hey Jeff if movie matters where a factor I have ask you when was the last time you've been to a movie theater because things have changed to the point where they do ask you to turn off your cell phone before the movie starts if yours went off but I think that guy in front of you that turned his head toward you and said what he said should have minded his own buisness lol! Jan.30th,2008 Actually, when the lights go out and the movie begins..."whisper" is good manners.
